(II) Technical features of the backing coating machine

The secondary backing process significantly improves the durability of the carpet. The adhesive machine uses uniform coating technology to evenly apply environmentally friendly hot melt adhesive or water-based adhesive to the bottom of the tufted carpet surface, closely fitting with the secondary base fabric, enhancing the grip of the carpet surface and the ground, effectively preventing the carpet surface from shifting and shedding, and extending the service life of the full-covered carpet, which is especially suitable for commercial places with large traffic.

(I) Raw material preparation

  • Yarn selection: Choose yarns of different materials according to customer needs and usage scenarios. (II) Tufting production stage

(III) Back glue processing link

After the back glue is completed, it is dried or naturally dried to ensure that the glue is completely cured to form a firm back glue layer.


(IV) Cutting and quality inspection

After cutting, the full-wall carpet is fully inspected to check the clarity of the carpet pattern, the quality of the pile, the firmness of the adhesive and other indicators to ensure that the product meets the quality standards.
