This latex back coating production line is specially designed for latex back coating for various carpets such as table top tufted, hand tufted carpet, area rug and mat.
High degree of automation resulting in savings in latex consumption and ensuring a high, homogeneous quality. And save a lot of labor cost.

Heating Chamber Length: 4000 mm each, chamber qty can custom
Heat method: natural gas, LPG gas , thermal oil etc.
Working speed: 1-5 meters/min (can custom)
Embossing design: optional (can be three design together)
Cooling system by fan
