Brief Introduction:

This artificial grass plant project is one of the common artificial grass tufting and backing coating production line for making artificial grass carpet, which can be widely used for sports and landscape flooring.

Raw material

• Yarn: synthetic grass yarn

• Base fabric: PP fabric

• Coating material: SBR latex

Energy:

Electricity Power:

- tufting machine: ~48kw/set, running 50%~70%

- coating machine: ~250kw/set, running 50%~70%

Compressed air: 6~7kgs

Natural Gas or LPG gas (or advise what available energy source):

- Natural gas: Max. 200 CBM/H, running 50%~70%

Tufting MC back coating MC

Yarn + base fabric -----------> tufted grass carpet -----------------> finished artificial grass carpet in rolls

Space required:

- 3/8” Tufting machine (includes auxiliary equipment such as creel etc.): ~L14xW12m if double layer creel

- 5/16” Tufting machine (includes auxiliary equipment such as creel etc.): ~L16xW12m

- Coating machine: ~L60xW10xH7m/set

Operator labors recommend:

- 4-5 workers/2 sets of tufting machine

- 5-6 workers/coating machine

- Internal material fork lift drivers: 1-2 workers
