Surface nanotechnology is applied to the toughness of the tufted blade matrix, and a thin layer of high hardness, high wear resistance, and high temperature resistance is coated, so that the tufted blade has a comprehensive and good comprehensive performance.
The hardness of high-speed steel is only 62-68HRC (760~960HV), the hardness of cemented carbide is only 89~93.5HRA (1300-1850HV); and the surface hardness of nano-tufts can reach above 2500-3000HV.
