This Hot melt back coating machine is sepcially designed for coating on the backside of carpet, bathmat or towel to achieve the anti-slip function.

Main Features
------Melting Part
a.High-duty hot melt bucket equipped with radiant heating plate which increases heating area and improves melting speed. The bucket is insulated with metal shell to prevent hot melt damage the machine once overflowing.
b.PID computer temperature control makes t even heating, accurate temperature control and prevent carbonization.Double temperature prevent system makes it enough safe.
c.Gear pump is made of imported alloy steel, used for high strength working and large and steady output. Gear pump warranty is 2 years.
d.Converter speed adjustment can accurate control melt output. This can reduce melt waste and improve the quality of melt coating, makes automatic production working more steady and convenient.
e.Full-open melt flow control makes pump more efficient. It improves over pressure of instant melt output and makes melt output more steady.
f.Easy maintain and replace parts. Easy replace different style gear pump or return valve.
g.The melt bucket inner side is coated by Teflon to prevent melt carbonization and blocking. It always keeps melt in good condition.
h.Three-phase precision filter device can highly prevent impurity and reduce blocking of the downstream device.
------Coating Part
1.1) It totally different with regular roller, the special roller makes the melt coating more even, steady and larger area.
1.2)Imported converter and parts make the machine more efficient and safe. And safe speed is 50m/min.
1.3)Coating thickness range is 0.2~0.5mm, it marks on the adjustment button.
1.4)Teflon surface top roller. There is 300mm~2500mm width top roller available.
1.5)All the heating and coating parts are Teflon surface.
1.6)The separation aggravation prevent device can prevent material out of shape.
1.7)Melt heating and transmission combine together makes it looks more fit and reduce space. Adding melt is also convenient.
2. Over-temperature protection.
When temperature is higher than set. The machine automatic turn off and stop to prevent machine damage.
3.Low-temperature protection.
If the melt temperature is not meet or melt is not fully heating, the coating roller will stop to prevent machine damage.
4.Pressure roller is digital adjustment. The top roller can used for 0.5mm~30mm thickness products.Digital adjustment the proper thickness between the pressure roller can prevent product damage after coating.
