The LCL jacquard component is composed of tufting needles, looping hooks, and cutters. The transmission mechanism of the tufting needles is shown in Figure 4.
The transmission is composed of a four-bar linkage mechanism and a crank slider mechanism in series. The length of the crank determines the stroke of the tufting needle. The stroke of the tufting needle can be changed by adjusting the length of the crank. The schematic diagram of the transmission mechanism of the loop-forming hook and the cutter is shown in Figure 5.
