The dynamic balance problem of the main shaft system of the carpet tufting machine. A main shaft system with a balance shaft is designed, and Matlab software simulation is used to verify that the maximum horizontal and vertical vibration displacement of the main shaft system with a balance shaft during high-speed operation is relative to the general main shaft system. The maximum transverse and longitudinal vibration displacement of the machine is reduced by about 40%, and its dynamic balance and vibration reduction effect are obvious. It can be seen that the spindle system with balance shaft is beneficial to realize the high speed of carpet tufting machine.
