The simulation results are compared with the real carpet samples, as shown in Figure 11. By running the program, it can be found that the simulation of pile ring deflection deformation has achieved a more real effect, and the comparison results fully show the feasibility of the above three-dimensional simulation scheme of tufted carpet.
